SECRETARY - MARTI ANDERSON
My husband Mark and I are co-owners of slip 42 and m/v UB with my brother and sister-in-law Jaime and Joan Storkman. UB has been in our family for about 35 years and we are now blessed to be sharing the joy with the 4th generation of lucky boaters. Our son Ian and his family live near us. We have an almost 15 year old grandson @ PHS and an almost 3 year old granddaughter.
Mark and I grew up in a small town. We were high school sweethearts and have been married 45 years. Most of that time we lived in Seattle, moving to Gig Harbor in 2006 to be closer to family and the family boat. A couple years later I moved my business here as well. I have been a travel agent for over 45 years and owner of Anderson Travel (across from Harbor Greens) for over 27 years. I am chairman of the Education committee for my travel consortium and Gig Harbor Rotary advisor to the Peninsula High School Interact Club. I have served on the Marina Board as secretary since 2017. On our “off hours” Mark and I enjoy our family, home, travelling, and being outdoors - especially on the water either on UB or our kayaks.
Any day on the water is a good day.
TREASURER - RANDY TURNLEY
The slip that we own in Harborview Marina has been in our family since our marina went through the condominium conversion in 1985. My wife, Lori, and I purchased the slip from my uncle in 2003 and now have the Sea Scape nestled snugly in slip #41. I have been on the Marina Board since 2012. I first was assigned to the Business and Legal Committee and, in 2013, stepped into the Board Treasurer’s role, which I still hold today. I have a 40+ year background in the industrial, commercial, and utility electrical industry in multiple facets. Lori and I both have a passion for northwest boating and believe that through involvement and communication we can make Harborview Marina safer, more secure, more efficient and a fun filled environment for all owners and renters.

RANDY KNAPP
Born and raised in Gig Harbor, WA, I am the owner of the Gig Harbor Knapp Real Estate Team, in business for 19 years as a local Realtor. Prior to that, I worked serving the Gig Harbor, Fox Island, and Key Peninsula communities as a power lineman for Peninsula Light Company, working in that industry for 35 years. I volunteer for the Harbor Hope Center as a mentor for troubled youth, which I find very rewarding, as well as being a supporter and advocate for Communities in Schools. Boating has always been a major part my life, especially since working as a commercial fisherman out of Gig Harbor in my late teens/early 20s. We also belong to the Gig Harbor Yacht Club and the Tollycraft Boating Association, fueling our passion for the boating community. Linda and I have been married 35 years and have three amazing children, whom we have enjoyed passing on our love of boating to. They all love spending time on the water. It has been a fulfilling family activity. My late father-in-law Leonard Heather was a vital contributor to the planning and execution of the New Harborview Marina being turned into condominium slips back in the 80’s. We were lucky enough to be able to buy our slip from Linda’s mom, who was also on the Board of the marina at one time. The New Harborview Condominium Owner’s Association Marina is the nicest marina in Gig Harbor, and my mission is to help keep it that way through involvement from the Board and its owners.
